Destination. Protection of metal structures before coating with various enamels: pentaphtol, glyptal, oil and others from corrosion in aggressive saline mediums; coating surfaces of concrete (concrete kerb stones, underground facilities) or cement grounds, where the use of dissolvents is not advisable, priming of concrete floors before applying with epoxy self-leveling floors
Brief characteristic. The prime represents two-component composition. The Component A consist of pigment emulsion of polyamine hardener, and Component B – of single dispersion of epoxy oligomer. After applying it forms a non-transparent semigloss film with high adhesion to substrate and finishing coats
Major competitive advantages:
Undercoats, formed at metal are stable to attack of 3% sodium chloride solution (h, no less than 150), engine oil (days, no less than 40), water (days, no less than 30). The primer is odourless and do not contains dissolvent, thus it is recommended to usage in subsurface tanks, in closed or low-ventilating facilities. After drying the primer’ film does not cause damage effect on human organism.
Development stage. Production assimilation
Form of cooperation. A license agreement, product sale.
